Catering & Bar

CATERING:

We require an insured caterer and prefer full service for a better guest experience. This means they prepare the food, present the food and at times serve it, along with clean up. We have found that this provides the best guest experience.

  • If you are having your caterer drop food off, please make sure you have rented chaffing dishes to keep it warm.

  • We do have a great vendor partner you can hire to bus the tables and even cut the cake and serve it.

Real china is not a requirement at our venue…..this saves you so much when compared to venues that require china.

Our vendor tab on our website offers a great starting point to planning your catering.

Caterers must be approved by the venue.

BAR:

If alcohol is to be present at the wedding, it has to be served by TABC Bartenders chosen from our list.

No shots allowed.

Alcohol cannot be served in glassware or glass beer bottles.

Typically the bartenders arrive for set up around 30 minutes before the ceremony.

The bar and music close 1 hour before the contracted end time of the event. This allows for time for clean up.

Bartenders are hired by the wedding or event hosts from a locked list of vendors. Under 50 guests, 1 at minimum, over 50 guests, 2 are required.

2 Options:

  • Couple provides all beer, wine, and alcohol for pre-planned mixed drinks to the bartenders, and the bartenders serve it. All remaining alcohol goes back to the client.

  • Couple works with our bar vendor to decide if they would like a consumption bar, hosted bar, or cash bar. The vendor brings the alcohol, and the couple pays the bar vendor for the chosen alcohol program. [This option has to be decided 10 business days before the wedding day, at minimum, as the vendor has to apply for a special day of TABC Permit].
